Allison SpA acquires rights for Toulch ONE^MC eyewear system

Toulch ONE^MC eyewear system to be rebranded by Allison SpA as Try CHANGE^MC

MONTREAL, QC, September 13, 2006 - Toulch North America, designers and manufacturers of innovative eyewear systems, today announced the acquisition of the rights for the Toulch ONE^MC eyewear system by Allison SpA of Padua, Italy. The Toulch ONE^MC collection will be rebranded as TRY CHANGE^MC eyewear and officially launched by Allison SpA at Vision Expo West in Las Vegas, NV, September 13th to 16th 2006.

A unique product launched one year ago, Toulch ONE^MC eyewear allows wearers to effortlessly change the colour and texture of their eyewear to suit any occasion or complement any wardrobe - from day to night, formal to casual or work to play.
